Why does skin break out?
Why skin breaks out is a complex issue, and even skincare experts don’t always agree. Problem skin may arise from a variety of factors such as diet, stress, environmental factors, cosmetic allergies and lifestyle. One article published by the Food and Drug Administration claims that 85% of the U.S. population aged 12 to 25 experiences some kind of skin trouble, and that heredity appears to be a major factor (Willis, 1995).

How long can I expect it to take to see results?
The majority of our customers report positive improvement in their skin within a few days, although it may take longer for others. Due to your individual genetics, lifestyle and diet your skin is just as unique as you are, so it’s impossible to accurately predict a standard response time for everyone that uses CS5.

Are some groups of people more likely to see results?
People of all different genders, ages and ethnic backgrounds have used CS5 with favorable results. From children as young as eleven to adults well into their fifties.

Will my skin get worse before it gets better?
Generally speaking, no. Your skin should show signs of improvement relatively soon after using CS5. However, a few people have experienced a better-to-worse progression for the first two weeks, with gradual but steady improvement to clearer skin in the next four weeks.

How should I clean my skin before using CS5?
We suggest you use a cleansing lotion or mild soap to clean your face prior to use. For your back, scrub with a firm body brush or loofa. Be sure to thoroughly dry your skin prior to application.

Can I use a moisturizer or MAKE-UP over CS5?
Both sunscreen and make-up can be applied over the topical spray once it has dried completely. Since CS5 includes an amino acid based moisturizer, applying an additional moisturizer is not necessary for most people.

How long should I use CS5 before I can judge if it will work?
We suggest using CS5 consistently for at least 45 days to determine how well it will work for you, though many people will see results sooner.

Will CS5 continue to improve my complexion?
Everyone’s skin is different. However, many people have reported that their skin has continued to improve in both clarity and softness the longer they use CS5, even after their primary skin complaints have been resolved.

Once my skin clears up, should I continue using CS5?
Some maintenance is required to retain the clearer complexion you’ve achieved. Many people find they are able to cut back to one application of CS5 per day, while others may require more frequent applications. Without maintenance symptoms may reappear.

Can I use other products with CS5?
If you are currently using antibiotics to treat a skincare condition and want to change to CS5 please consult a doctor prior to making any change in your program. If you do decide to make a change we suggest you use them both for a month, and then with your doctor’s permission, consider discontinuing the antibiotics. A recent study suggests that the long-term use of antibiotics to treat skin problems may not only be ineffective, but may also contribute to the creation of skin bacteria that are more virulent and resistant to antibiotics.
